It’s taken out those nitty-gritty steps where you need to reach out to someone and try and find the correct person to speak to. You’re straight to the decision-maker and it simplifies it so much that it’s almost impossible to believe. But when using the platform it’s very possible.

QN: As a solution provider on Quartz Network, how has the experience been for you?
DB:
It’s been great. Whenever someone requests a meeting from us, we get a nice notification via email and even our account representative will send us an email letting us know that someone has requested to meet with us so we don’t miss it. That’s really, really nice.

QN: What is the process like when matching with a new customer?
DB: It’s been really effortless. We read the job card and go, “Ok, perfect. We can help.” We request the meeting, send them the days and times, and they accept. Then it sends through a Zoom invite. Since joining Quartz Network, it’s been a seamless process of being able to connect with the correct people at the backend of things, rather than prospecting and having to find the correct individual. It’s been really great that Quartz Network has been able to bring those individuals straight to us.

QN: Can you share a recent example of new business you acquired through Quartz Network?
DB: Most definitely. We actually had a conversation with Teach for All, which is an NPO. They knew that they had operations in the UK and they were incurring some sort of taxes that they weren’t very aware of. Obviously, as an NPO, money means everything. Every cent counts. So we were able to provide them with an analysis saying, “This is how much we can get back for you and this is how much we can save for you.” Within a day or two, we closed the contract and now we’re busy helping them get back some money. Honestly, with Quartz Network it was quite simple. It was a really nice process to go through.

DB:
Working with Q has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had, especially with an account representative. Whenever I give him a phone call to say a meeting was canceled for some reason, or it never happened, he was on the money. He got it sorted out for us within the next hour or two and the meeting was rescheduled. We had the meeting and it was very good. We’re in communication the whole time, so if something comes up, he gives me a phone call and goes, “Hey Dale, I think that this is something you should look into.” I go and check it out and say, “Thanks for this. This is a great opportunity for us.” It’s been fantastic.
